Jenna Shorter is a litigation associate for West Mermis PLLC. She provides legal advice and counsel to members of the construction industry and assists on complex construction disputes involving homeowners, general contractors, subcontractors, and insurance companies.
Prior to joining West Mermis, Jenna focused primarily on probate and fiduciary litigation matters. She also clerked for the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel. Jenna excelled in law school, graduating Cum Laude as a member of the South Texas Law Review, Varsity Moot Court Team, and President of the Student Bar Association.
