Successfully defended a general contractor on an appeal to the Texas Supreme Court regarding a high-rise condo project in South Texas. The result overturned the Court of Appeals ruling, and the general contractor was not obligated to pay any of the $30 million at stake.

Obtained a take-nothing arbitration award for commercial general contractor where claimant originally sought more than $20 million.
Successfully defended a national general contractor against a homeowner’s association of an 800-unit luxury condominium complex in a $12 million dispute over water intrusion during Hurricane Ike, resulting in summary judgment for the client.
