Associate
Alli Vinklarek is an associate with West Mermis PLLC. She provides legal counsel to and conducts in-depth legal research and analysis for clients in the construction industry, assisting with disputes involving liens, bonds, construction defects, delays, premises liability, and breach of contract. Alli is eager to build her practice in construction law and is committed to delivering thoughtful, solutions-oriented representation for the firm’s clients.
Prior to joining West Mermis, Alli earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, where she served as Fundraising Chair for the Business & Tax Law Journal. During law school, she gained valuable insight into the federal court system while interning for The Honorable Judge George C. Hanks in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. These experiences strengthened her legal research, writing, and advocacy skills, which she now applies to complex construction matters.
