Collin is a litigation associate for West Mermis PLLC. He represents clients in a variety of complex litigation matters with a focus on construction disputes. Collin assists companies in contract drafting, incorporation, worksite accidents, residential and commercial construction disputes. He commonly represents independent business owners, contractors, and insurance companies.
Prior to joining West Mermis, Collin served as a legal intern for both Buc-ee’s and Group 1 Automotive. He also interned in the commercial real estate sector with the Howard Hughes Corporation and CBRE. Collin was involved as an editor for the Houston Journal of Health Law and Policy, along with the University of Houston Law Center’s Diversity Pipeline Program as a Diversity Administrative Fellow.
