Mr. Dwyer is a native Houstonian with significant civil litigation and business law experience, with a focus on the construction industry. He has represented and counseled general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and homeowners. He has researched, drafted, and argued a large variety of motions to pursue his clients’ rights. He has also taken numerous depositions and participated in trials and arbitrations. But Mr. Dwyer also understands when litigation and business needs clash, and he appreciates striving to accomplish the client’s goals through frank communication.

Mr. Dwyer’s practice includes commercial and residential construction, business formation, contract drafting and review, employment, personal injury, and litigation. He has also handled appellate matters.

Mr. Dwyer is a graduate of Texas A&M University and Baylor University School of Law. He is actively involved in the community and serves on several boards. Outside of work, Mr. Dwyer enjoys hunting and playing basketball and golf, and whittling down projects on his home. He and his wife, Bethany, are avid travelers and diehard Aggie and Houston sports fans.
